REFUNDS
Currently, Yakii Studios will not be accepting refunds; however, in certain scenarios, we may consider one. Email us at contact@yakiistudios.com for further enquiries, providing pictures and a legitimate reason as listed below to be considered
Reasons for Refund:
1)Damaged product (supplier side, not delivery side as this is out of our control)
2)Wrong size (unlikely due to double-checking while shipping)
(We quality check all pieces before sending them out to avoid mistakes and possibilities of refunds.)
Additionally, after ordering your purchases from preorder, you cannot cancel orders after 48 hours of purchase.
RETURNS
We will not accept returns at Yakii Studios due to the complications associated so all purchases are final.
